Important Update from ShopBoss - Issue Impacting 360 Payments

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some customers’ ability to process card-present transactions through integrated payment terminals. We have also received reports that some text-to-pay transactions may be impacted.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and working with 360 Payments to determine the cause. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
For customers experiencing this issue, transactions can still be processed by keying payments directly into Shop Boss. If you need assistance processing payments outside of Shop Boss, please contact 360 Payments for additional support while our investigation continues.
We’ll provide an update on this issue no later than tomorrow, June 18th at 9 am ET.
