A hotfix was deployed and the issue with Vinquery has been resolved.

Problem Identified

We actively working on resolving this issue.
This impacts customers who are not integrated with Carfax, preventing VIN decoding and displaying an error message.
If you’re already using Carfax, your VIN decoding functionality remains unaffected.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that our team is working diligently to resolve the issue. While there is no workaround within our system at this time, we remain committed to keeping you updated as we progress in working toward a solution.
