The product performance interruption with email has now been resolved and the program is functioning normally for all users.

Thank you again for your continued patience — we truly appreciate it. We wanted to share a quick update on the email issue. While the core issue has been addressed, we need a bit more time before re-enabling the system to ensure everything is stable and functioning as expected. We’ve made meaningful progress and have a clear path forward — we’re now focused on putting a few final pieces in place to ensure everything runs smoothly once we re-enable emails.
We know delays are frustrating, but this approach helps us avoid further disruption and ensures a more stable experience moving ahead. We’ll continue to keep you updated as things progress.
