Problem Identified

There is currently an issue affecting some Shop Boss users ability to send a text message. Users may experience a delay or ‘spinning wheel’ while sending the text message. The message may also appear to send but not be received on the customer’s phone.
The issue has been identified and we are working with our text message service provider to restore services as soon as possible.
Email is working as expected and we’ll provide an update on this issue no later than tomorrow, February 10th at 5pm ET.
